Payment & returns

This policy explains eligibility, timeframes (including the 14-day window where applicable), partial conditions, processing steps, and contact paths for learners purchasing directly from Wise Up Network.

1. Eligibility

Refund protections apply to individuals purchasing personal seats from Wise Up Network. Enterprise purchase orders follow the rider attached to each quote.

2. 14-day cooling-off window

Where Venezuelan consumer law or analogous protections apply, you may cancel within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment confirmation provided no live cohort session has started and no downloadable assets were accessed.

3. Full refunds

Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort, duplicate a charge in error, or cannot deliver the purchased modules due to force majeure on our side.

4. Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the first live session but before the third, we may refund fifty percent (50%) minus any non-recoverable processor fees. After the third session, tuition is considered fully earned.

5. Non-refundable items

Third-party exam vouchers, shipped hardware, or personalized mentor reviews outside catalog scope are non-refundable once ordered on your behalf.

6. Process steps

Email billing@wiseup-network.pro with your enrollment ID, reason, and preferred refund path. We acknowledge within two business days and confirm eligibility within five business days.

7. Processing time & method

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within twenty business days depending on card issuer cycles. Wire refunds may take longer and can incur bank fees disclosed before processing.

8. Cancellation by learner

You may transfer a seat once to a future cohort if requested at least ten days before start; transfers are not monetary refunds but avoid forfeiture.

9. Exceptions

Violations of the harassment policy or credential misrepresentation void refund rights but not statutory complaint channels available to Venezuelan consumers.
