1. Scope
These terms govern access to wiseup-network.pro, enrollment in paid or free experiences, and use of downloadable materials. By requesting information or joining a cohort, you agree to this document and the Cookie disclosure.
2. Data controller & processors
Wise Up Network acts as controller for identification, billing, and learning telemetry you submit. Hosting, email delivery, and survey tools act as processors under written instructions. A current list ships inside your invoice packet.
3. Categories of data collected
We collect contact fields (name, email, optional employer), billing metadata, coursework uploads you choose to share, technical logs (IP, user agent), and cookie preferences stored under wiseup-network.pro_cookies.
4. Purposes & legal bases
Contract performance processes enrollments and payments. Legitimate interest operates the security of our platforms and fraud monitoring. Consent covers non-essential analytics cookies and optional marketing lists you explicitly join.
5. Retention
Billing records follow statutory commercial retention (up to seven years). Learning artifacts you submit remain until you request deletion, unless a module requires anonymized retention for accreditation evidence—stated per course.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where law permits. Venezuelan consumers may exercise rights under applicable consumer protection statutes alongside any broader GDPR-style rights we honor voluntarily.
10. Children’s privacy
Services target adults in professional roles. If you believe a minor submitted data, contact us to remove it promptly.
11. Policy changes
Material updates post here with a revision date. Continued use after 30 days constitutes acceptance unless law requires fresh consent.
